💰 Compensation Options:
🔹 Flat hourly rate: $65–$75/hour (paid whether insurance reimburses or not)
🔹 OR a generous 65/35 split – you receive 65% of the collected amount
➡️ Split is based only on amounts actually collected

• In-person (Whitehall, PA & Trenton, NJ), telehealth, or hybrid
• Make your own hours – full or part-time caseloads available

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist to join our Whitehall-based team. This role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients aged 12 and older. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe space for healing, growth, and empowerment while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy for clients aged 12 and older, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs.
Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with evidence-based techniques.
Work with families, schools, and other community resources to support client success.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team consultations and training sessions.
Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.
Experience with evidence-based practices (such as CBT, DBT) is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to cultural competence.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Hi all!
We have some fantastic news to share from Care Counseling & Children's Services, LLC! We currently have a few available slots for psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Whether you prefer virtual sessions or face-to-face interactions, we're here to accommodate your needs.
Maintaining continuity of care with your current therapist outside of our practice is crucial to us. At Care Counseling & Children's Services, you have the flexibility to continue seeing your existing therapist while receiving medication management from us. However, please note that as per our policy, you will need to complete a treatment plan with one of our clinicians every 90 days to ensure seamless care coordination.
Here's what you can expect during your journey with us:
Initial Appointment: Your first session will be with one of our experienced therapists. During this appointment, you'll undergo a comprehensive Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment to provide us with a holistic understanding of your unique needs and challenges.
Referral for Psychiatric Evaluation: Following the initial assessment, we'll refer you to one of our prescribing providers for a thorough psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management.
Ongoing Therapeutic Support: While receiving medication management services, it's vital to maintain regular contact with one of our therapists. Therefore, we ask that you schedule at least one meeting with your therapist every 6-8 weeks to develop and maintain an active treatment plan.

We are pleased to inform you that we are currently in-network with several commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Capital Blue Cross, BCBS, Highmark, and United HealthCare/Optum.
