Position Overview:
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist to join our Whitehall-based team. This role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients aged 12 and older. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe space for healing, growth, and empowerment while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy for clients aged 12 and older, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs.
Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with evidence-based techniques.
Work with families, schools, and other community resources to support client success.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team consultations and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Masterโs or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.
Experience with evidence-based practices (such as CBT, DBT) is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to cultural competence.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
