🌟Meet Ashley
Ashely has been with Optalis of Whitehall for about 6 years. She is married and has 3 wonderful boys. She love being a social worker here because it gives her the chance to truly connect with people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. She gets to listen to residents’ stories, support families through difficult transitions, and advocate for dignity and respect every single day. What makes this work so meaningful to Ashley is the relationships. Being someone residents trust, someone families can lean on, and someone who helps bring comfort when things feel uncertain. Even on hard days, knowing she can make a resident feel heard, safe, or a little less alone reminds her why she chose this field. It’s not just a job to Ashley, it’s purpose, compassion, and connection all in one.
