Choosing the right session length can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re new to massage therapy—but it doesn’t have to be.
Our therapists offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you can find what best fits your needs, schedule, and goals.
A 30-minute session is perfect for first-time clients, focused work on a specific problem area, or a quick reset when you’re short on time.
The 60-minute session is our most popular option. It allows for a well-rounded full-body experience or enough time to give extra attention to areas that need it most.
At 90 minutes, you’ll notice a deeper level of both physical and mental relaxation. This extended time helps your body fully settle in, making the work more effective and restorative.
Our 2-hour sessions offer the ultimate experience. With plenty of time to unwind, these sessions combine targeted bodywork with full-body relaxation—ideal for truly decompressing and resetting.
