How to Get Started
JEM Senior Home Care, LLC offers a free phone and in-home consultation. Please callus today to schedule an appointment. A licensed nurse practitioner will do the assessment and create an initial plan of care. The management team will work with you to customize the care plan based on the needs of your loved ones and will assign an experienced caregiver that best meets these needs. We will also help coordinate billing with insurance providers if applicable.
