Let’s talk yoga mats… I am usually a Jade yoga mat Girlie, I’ve had mine forever, but when I come to our yoga studio at GrindStone Fit Club in Gainesville I use the mats we have there, which are Manduka Pro. I have to say I’m very impressed! If you are looking for a good yoga mat that will last you a very long time we have these in stock! I can help you grab one if you don’t make it to the studio or just know, we do have these in stock for purchase!

It feels good when you start to commit to a practice to start having your own things that you love! Of course we have some props available to use, but when you start to come consistently you learn what you like and dislike, there are so many things out there to choose from. Invest in your practice! Invest in your health.

Last night was pure magic ✨! Thank you to all the Beautiful Yogi’s who came out to the Full Moon Candle Light Flow! I did not get any pictures of this amazing evening 🤦‍♀️ but I am blessed to keep this in my memories! Thank you for allowing me to guide you, breathe with you, cleanse and renew with you! I love calm evenings like this where we all walked away feeling so refreshed! Keep an eye out for the next one in the New Year, you won’t want to miss it!

December is here! We have a full month of classes and 2 amazing workshops happening this month! Monday and Wednesday our classes are held at the Whitesboro Community Center! Our workshops are held at Grindstone Fit Club in Gainesville.
• First workshop is this Saturday at 6:30pm. Come celebrate the “Cold” Full Moon. This is a slow flow yoga and mediation, you won’t want to miss! https://square.link/u/gdzZOTVU?src=sheet
