We are trying to air them out as much as we can before the rain comes and our new equipment arrives on Friday which we will show off once installed! We are excited!

We've got some exciting updates coming about some changes happening at our gym!

New equipment is on the way and we are adding some pieces we have never had before!

We will be selling some current items in the gym to make room for the new additions coming in the next few weeks!

Your leg and back workouts are about to get an upgrade here and thats your only clue for now!

Memberships are $30/mo for gym and $50/mo for gym + classes! NO contracts! Month to month!

🚨 Freshly Fixed & Ready to Lift 🚨

We know… some of our gym equipment has been looking a little “loved” lately. 🥴 Thanks for your patience — we finally found the right guy for the job!

Big shoutout to Randall at J & R Auto Trim ( They can be reached at 580 226 5289) for giving our preacher curl a brand-new upholstery and foam! Not a patch job, not a “throw a towel over it and hope for the best” fix — this is the real deal. 💪

Here at Texoma Fitness, we want every piece of equipment to function well, feel right, and be safe. If it’s not, we get it fixed right — even if it takes a little longer — because cutting corners is for bad haircuts, not gyms.

Thanks for sticking with us — now get in here and enjoy the upgrade! 🏋️‍♂️✨

Happy August everyone!!

Our back to school themed class calendar is out and fresh off the press!

Sheila will be out the week of Aug 11-15 but will have workouts for our class members to do during that week!

Friendly reminder that drop in fee for working out or taking a class without an active membership is $15 per class or per day in the gym! We send reminders to our members letting them know when their memberships will be up so they can take care of that well in advance! No exceptions, no freebies. We actually enforce rules here! :)

Our cleaners are hard at work today keeping the gym fresh and clean so our members have an amazing place to workout!

Nagging ankle or knee pain? Train the front of your calves with an easy but tough kettlebell exercise here!

3 sets 15-20 reps followed by bodyweight standing calf raises should do the trick!

HAPPY AMERICA'S BIRTHDAY MONTH!

JULY'S class schedule is out and to help gain more interest in ZUMBA, we are offering a FREE ZUMBA class Friday the 11th to all non members interested in Zumba and becoming a member!

This class is exclusively for NON members!

We would love to have you come join Belmary for a fun dance party with her own twist!

Attention members!

There will be some intermittent power outages starting tomorrow through Friday due to city working on improving the grid along the highway...when this happens, gym access will be unavailable until power is restored. We want to give you a heads up!

We will do our best to accommodate but cant guarantee entry until power is fully restored!

We are having the larger cables on both sides replaced hopefully by end of this week!

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention as we strive to maintain a fully functioning, clean, and well equipped workout space for our community!!
