New toy in the gym 😎➡️ the HACK SQUAT is here!
If you’ve only ever used a leg press, you’re going to love this.
On a leg press, your back is supported and you’re pushing a sled away from you. Great for strength, but it doesn’t mimic how we actually move in real life.
On a hack squat, you’re:
Loading through your hips, knees, and ankles in a more natural squat pattern
Training your core + stabilizers to control your spine
Building strength in the exact pattern you use to sit, stand, lift kids, climb stairs, and play sports
👉 That means better joint health, balance, and longevity, not just bigger quads.
