We are adding a new morning yoga with starting 7/23/25 so don’t miss it!

Spinal Unwinding was so popular with Audrey that Renee is bringing it back! Enjoy gently twisting, rotating, and pausing to allow your body and mind to rest for an hour.

Interested in trying a yoga class? Try one of the weekly yoga classes with Joe, and Denise. You are welcome to come try one or all of them!

We also have our weekly MBL strength and fitness classes which are held in the gym and are membership based so if you’re interested reach out and we’d love for you to try a class before joining!

Saturday 9-10:30am Nelson will be teaching his Combat Martial Arts class and it is open to all!
