Growth and comfort rarely coexist, on any level, and us VXN Dance-Fitness babes have been pushing ourselves out of our own comfort zones by showing up for each other on a Sunday morning! 💕

So far, it's unanimously been a great way to start the day just like Slow-Flow Yoga with Yoga with Rose !!

8 years ago I founded Clearly Connected. A vision that is deeply rooted in my personal journey and life's purpose of helping you to get Clearly Connected on a number of different levels.

Since then, I have worked tirelessly and wholeheartedly behind the scenes-expanding the focus and reach of both my life coaching practice and advocacy work worldwide; helping women to reach their fullest expression and potential through dance fitness; and also building and cultivating a beautiful community in Whitesboro, N.Y. of collaborative business partnerships and services for the greater good of all.

I (we) have some exciting things in store for you coming soon. 🫶

Nobody is going to get it or understand. Your story. Your heart. Your vision. Your purpose. Your dreams. Unless and until they are ready to meet you there.

Instructor Spotlight ✨️✨️ (please note that there is no Zumba with Buchii Fitness this coming week-classes will resume next week).

Samantha became a Certified Instructor during the pandemic in October of 2021 because she saw a need for Latin and well-cultured genres in the area. She is currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Kids + Kids Junior, and Rhythms 3 (Hip Hop, Afro Beats, Brazilian Funk, Bhangra) and has been an instructor in the Studio since it opened in 2022.

My heart is full tonight and these badass women were amazing. ❤️

I can't even explain how challenging it is to stop and re-start a class as many times as I've had to. And to still teach and do all of the things I do while fighting an ongoing condition.

I'm guided by a mission and purpose from above. One that is much bigger than me.

The ACE study, led by Dr. Vincent Felitti in the 1990's, found a strong correlation between adverse childhood experiences and negative health outcomes-on a number of different levels.

Although nothing is black and white, it's undoubtedly true. It impacts your brain development. Nervous system development. And every other aspect of your life and what you believe is possible.

Awareness is prevention. Break the cycles for your family.
