Carson Hickman has been part of our team for nearly two years, joining us after graduating from Tarleton State. He is a reliable addition to our admin team! Carson values the family atmosphere at 1st Texas and the strong relationships that he has with his coworkers.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as spending time at the lake or grilling out with his wife, Kelli. They have a dog named Silo and are excited to welcome a baby to their family soon! We are honored to recognize Carson’s devotion to 1st Texas and are so grateful to have him on our team!! 👏🏼🎉

We are honored to recognize an amazing nurse! Fallon Capshaw joined our team in July 2023, bringing with her previous experience from an OBGYN clinic and Carrus Rehab.

Fallon says what she loves most about working at 1st Texas is the family atmosphere. “Everyone is always just a phone call away and we work great as a team. I love the people I work with and all of my patients!”

Fallon has been married to her husband Waylon for 22 years. They have two children, Landen (21) and Emmarie (15), and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors together as a family.

We are thankful for Fallon’s dedication, compassion, and the joy she brings to both her patients and our 1st Texas family! ❤️
