Doing a 60-second duck walk can make you move better & feel younger. It challenges multiple systems at once—mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Here’s why it works so well:
• Restores hip & ankle mobility – Deep squatting with movement keeps joints fluid and counteracts stiffness from sitting.
• Strengthens legs in a functional way – Quads, glutes, calves, and feet work together like they’re meant to in real life.
• Improves balance & coordination – Moving low to the ground trains stability and body awareness.
• Boosts circulation – The dynamic squat pumps blood through the lower body, helping you feel energized.
• Maintains youthful movement patterns – Getting up, down, and moving in a squat is a key marker of longevity.
• Quick mental win – Completing 60 seconds builds confidence and reminds your body it’s capable.

Bottom line: Duck walks keep your joints mobile, your legs strong, and your movement resilient—key ingredients for feeling (and moving) younger. 🦆💪
