Gentle reminder that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy & a 3 hour rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment for a different day/time, you must notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
We know the holidays are a busy & exciting time for everyone!
Dr. Cillesha’s time is valuable, just as yours is. Your appointment time is blocked off specifically for you, failure to communicate the need to reschedule or cancel in a timely manner will result in a cancellation fee.
If you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please just let us know! This runs into other people’s appointment times that they have scheduled for themselves & we will need to shift you around on the schedule ❤️
