Meet Carmel’s Rookie of the Month, Hannah Sizemore! 👏

Hannah has been a CNA at The Restoracy for just three months and has already found the experience incredibly rewarding. She loves the genuine care and support shown across every department and is especially grateful for leadership’s hands-on involvement in both resident care and staff wellbeing, as well as the meaningful friendships she’s formed along the way.

When she’s not with residents, Hannah enjoys time with family and friends and is continuing her journey of learning sign language. We’re so grateful to have you on the team, Hannah!

Congratulations to Carmel’s May Employee of the Month, Jazianna Dabney! 🎉

Jazianna has been part of our team for four months as a CNA, and we are so grateful for the compassion and care she brings to our community each day. She loves building meaningful connections with residents and appreciates the small-home atmosphere that allows her to spend quality time with each resident.

Outside of work, Jazianna enjoys cooking and spending time with her kiddos on picnic dates. Thank you for all you do, Jazianna. We’re so lucky to have you on our team!

Some students from Westfield High School came to entertain our residents. The mother of one of the girls had a family member stay with us for rehab and wanted to share their appreciation through service. We love the support of our community!
