It’s time to celebrate our October Employee of the Month at Carmel, Victoria Whitley! 🎉

Victoria has served our residents as a CNA for five years, consistently showing compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to our community. She loves The Restoracy’s family-like environment and the resident-to-staff ratio that allows her to slow down, connect, and truly get to know those she cares for.

Her advice for anyone pursuing a career in long-term care? Ask questions, stay positive, and always be a team player. Victoria is a quick learner with a love for singing. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with family or exploring nature trails.

Thank you, Victoria, for your years of service and the heart you bring to our Carmel community. We’re so grateful to have you on our team! ❤️

Congratulations to our October ROTM at Carmel, Noelle West! Noelle joined our team as a CNA just a few months ago, and we are so grateful to have her. She shares that one of her favorite parts of working here is the excellent communication and the welcoming environment.

Her advice for anyone interested in long-term care? Have fun with the activities and take time for meaningful conversations, they go a long way!

Outside of work, Noelle loves traveling and hiking around the state. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication, Noelle.

Senior Care Re-imagined

The Restoracy of Whitestown provides a superior living experience and care delivery for residents by offering a home-like setting with the highest patient to care giver ratio in the industry. Most care environments are large, institutional facilities that house 100-150 residents, with long hallways, unfamiliar sounds, and systems that focus on efficiency rather than personalization.

The Restoracy is re-imagined to overhaul the traditional model by offering a home-like setting where residents have their own private room, common living area and kitchen/dining area where hot meals are served from the dinner table, just like at home. Each of our six homes is specialized for care in either rehabilitation, long term care or memory care. Staff training and care delivery systems differ from home to home to best meet each residents’ needs.
