Daily reminder☀️:🌈🌻CHOOSE HAPPINESS today and everyday! Let’s get on the positive train for spring and summer and start being our own cheerleading team of “WOOHOOS” AND “YOU GOT THIS” kinda energy. Self talk is so important! So start those affirmations even if you don’t yet believe in yourself. The more you say the I AM… brave, Courageous strong, empowered, ready for growth and abundance the more you will believe it and call in positive experiences into your life. Remember energy is contagious so be aware of who you spend your time with, what you watch on tv and most importantly what you consume! I’m choosing to consume nourishment and peace this season! This morning I had such a simple, sweet, yoga session! Worked on hip openers, heart openers and really grounded the energy down! I went live on YouTube for this 30 min flow for free! It was exactly what was needed on this chilly morning! Currently my phone is moving as slow as I am after a busy few days of moving into my new apartment. If it uploads the live yoga flow I’ll let ya know but if not… I’ll try to give y’all a time and day for next time so you can join me during the live! ✨☕️💛I’m on YouTube at Sarah Tess doing videos on yoga, tarot, sharing life updates and soon to be New York content videos!

If you don’t know yet… I moved to New York to pursue my Art Career. I am still offering yoga and tarot readings privately and hope to come up with a consistent online schedule in the new year! I’m finally getting settled into my little apartment in the big Apple. Stay cozy out there loads of little viruses going around! Wash those hands and stay in your bubble! If you are stuck sick at home pull out a few pillows and look you “restorative yoga with bolsters” and find a few poses to do… you can stay in each a minimum of three minutes or as long as your heart desires! Get you some rest and reset that immune system and nervous system! (Class cancelled tonight due to my nephews giving me a cold) ❄️☕️🧘‍♀️✨☃️🧣peace and love 💕

I have decided to move in the next few weeks to NEW YORK to start makeup school at the end of this month! So… here is the Tea… I will be in Whiteville this week to do as many classes as I can physically do for group and private clients to use their passes that they have already paid for (to use in person)! If the passes are not used this week in person you will need to finish them with my online group classes soon to start up!

If you want to continue to work with me with yoga/tarot/abstract art your options will be online pre recorded yoga or tarot or it will be live online through zoom or FaceTime! I am offering group classes online, group series classes which will be special and we will choose a book or a special topic to bring up while also revolving around yoga philosophy and I will also be offering private sessions online.
•
The only time I perceive that I will have the ability to offer in person classes will be around holidays longer than 3 days in the Whiteville area or if I decided to visit randomly or if I have enough people wanting group parties or privates over a specific weekend!
•
All this being said I am so extremely excited about this new transition in my life and I can’t wait to bring y’all with me in this journey!

Moving is a little scary and wild and freeing… trying new things is also intimidating but I am excited to push myself out of my comfort zone more and still be able to teach yoga, art and do tarot and Oracle readings from afar while pursuing my new opportunity in the big Apple NYC!

I truly appreciate your support during this time and I will start getting the schedule ready for this coming week of yoga and tarot opportunities in whiteville. I will also start preparing the schedule for 2023 of online classes private, group and series!
