It’s that time to get that mucus up out your chest. The natural way.
dice a onion (antibacterial properties that help clear mucus)🫰🏽
2 diced cloves of garlic (antibacterial properties🫰🏽that subsidize respitory infections)
Peel and slice a piece of ginger (reduces inflammation)🫰🏽
Boil your water and add all ingredients 🫰🏽
Then add 1 tbsp turmeric and black pepper 🫰🏽
***Tumeric helps with muscle soreness and reduce inflammation***
After 10 minutes of boiling… STRAIN into a jar or container and add sliced lemons (five or six) Lemons give you VITAMIN C
Last but not (which is my favorite) add NATURAL RAW HONEY.🍯 Honey breaks up mucus as well and subsides colds, suppresses coughs, increase white blood cell count, antioxidant)🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽
