It’s that time to get that mucus up out your chest. The natural way.

dice a onion (antibacterial properties that help clear mucus)🫰🏽
2 diced cloves of garlic (antibacterial properties🫰🏽that subsidize respitory infections)
Peel and slice a piece of ginger (reduces inflammation)🫰🏽
Boil your water and add all ingredients 🫰🏽
Then add 1 tbsp turmeric and black pepper 🫰🏽
***Tumeric helps with muscle soreness and reduce inflammation***
After 10 minutes of boiling… STRAIN into a jar or container and add sliced lemons (five or six) Lemons give you VITAMIN C

Last but not (which is my favorite) add NATURAL RAW HONEY.🍯 Honey breaks up mucus as well and subsides colds, suppresses coughs, increase white blood cell count, antioxidant)🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽

It is now Day 7. How did your hydration journey unfold? Were you able to maintain focus, dedication, and self-discipline? Did you encounter any setbacks or relapses? How effective were your sticky notes with positive affirmations in promoting grit and motivation? If you successfully increased your water intake over the past seven days, congratulations are in order. Please continue to build upon this momentum and integrate this habit into your daily routine. If you experienced any relapses, do not be discouraged. You have another week to reassess and adapt your strategy, ultimately making choices that align with your hydration goals.

If your initial day of hydration was not successful, do not worry, as you have another opportunity to start today. Congratulations are in order for those who achieved their goal, demonstrating great self-control. We have now progressed to Day 2. Do not forget to repeat your positive affirmations for the day. I can and I will. Take hold of your water container and proceed with your hydration objective. Surpass your desire for carbohydrates and sodas. Also, remember that water increases blood circulation and oxygen supply.

Your daily challenge awaits. Ensure that you have positioned sticky notes bearing positive affirmations in visible locations such as your bathroom mirror, kitchen, and vehicle. Reinforce your self-confidence by acknowledging your ability to overcome obstacles. Begin the day by hydrating with water only. When cravings for soda emerge, substitute them with a refreshing bottle of water. Mugs with built-in measurement markers are a useful tool, but any available container or water bottle will serve the purpose. Are you ready to embark on this challenge?

Let us embark on our first week(Starting Monday-Sunday) with a simple challenge, comprising one beverage challenge and one food challenge. This challenge is tailored for individuals who require a daily soda or candy fix. However, if your goal is to increase your water intake or decrease sugar consumption, you are also invited to participate. The initial step involves eliminating any existing soda supplies in your home, vehicle, and hidden storage spaces. Discard the soda without hesitation, demonstrating your resolve to change and exercise self-discipline. Acquire sticky notes and position them in your bathroom and kitchen, inscribing a positive affirmation of your choice, such as "I CAN DO THIS," "I AM CAPABLE," or "I AM STRONG." Repetition of this affirmation will enable it to become ingrained in your thoughts, conscious and subconscious. Your preferred method for consuming water, whether it be from a glass jar, water bottle, water jug, or personal case water bottles, is irrelevant; the crucial aspect is to commence the practice. If you are unaccustomed to drinking water, initiating with one serving is an excellent starting point, and your intake will gradually increase.

While we are cognizant of the detrimental effects of unhealthy foods and beverages, we often find ourselves succumbing to their appeal due to their comforting familiarity. This inclination can be especially challenging to overcome if it has been ingrained since youth. Nevertheless, it is essential to recognize the negative consequences of excessive sugar, carbohydrate, caffeine, sodium, and calorie intake, which can ultimately affect our well-being. To support individuals striving to make a positive change in their dietary habits, I will be initiating a small challenge. Step by step on challenging ourselves with the meals we consume. Through daily positive affirmations and mental discipline, we can develop the resilience and determination necessary to achieve our objectives.

Letting your kids vent to you opens doors for them to communicate with you without them feeling shamed, embarrassed or regretful. Children goes through emotional roller coasters too just like adults. Learn your children by observing them, listening to them and without shutting them down when their voice need to be heard. Not every SnapBack is disrespectful. Stop training kids to be programmed to your likings and “images”. Allow them to embrace who they are and allow them to feel. It’s easier to raise strong children than from them to heal from being a broken adult.
