📱 It's Not Spam — It’s Us! Meet Our New Texting System

Baldwin Woods Pharmacy is now using Nimble, a secure messaging platform that helps us communicate with you more efficiently and securely.

If you receive a text from 39143 that states your prescription status has been updated, it is officially from our pharmacy — please don’t report/delete it.
Each message includes a hyperlink. When you tap it, you’ll be safely redirected to a secure chat thread where you can view our message and reply if needed. You can also download the Nimble app for more options. The new "Prescriptions are Ready" link will now include the Dr name & drug name as well as the price.

✔️ Receive quick updates from our staff
✔️ Respond through a secure chat link
✔️ Get reminders and important notifications
✔️ Stay connected without needing an app

We’re also working on expanding what Nimble can do — including online payment options in the future.

You may still, however, send texts to the pharmacy using the old number until the transition is complete.
