This month, we are excited to recognize Emma Connor, our dedicated Processing Assistant III!

Emma has been a valued member of the Columbus County Health Department team for a year and a half. She truly enjoys meeting new people and helping others navigate their healthcare needs, making a positive impact on everyone she serves.

Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her family and expressing her creativity behind the chair at the salon, where she enjoys making others feel beautiful and confident 💇‍♀️✨

We had a very important little visitor stop by today to help us celebrate Social Work Month 💖

She may be small, but she came prepared—bringing special gifts for our social workers and plenty of smiles to go around. (Honestly, she might be the best surprise delivery we’ve ever had 🎁👑)

She reminded us exactly why our social workers do what they do every single day—serving, supporting, and caring for our community with so much heart.

We are so thankful for our incredible social workers and the compassion and dedication they pour into others. Today was just a little extra special 💕
