Today, move gently. Breathe deeply. Listen closely.
What is your soul longing to express in this next chapter?

You don’t have to rush your intentions or have everything figured out.
Simply begin with presence, honesty, and a willingness to live a little more aligned—mind, body, and spirit.

It wasn't an easy year for most of us. Lots of endings, transitions, and heartache for myself and many others.

BUT, I am grateful for the lessons and transformations it all brought. I find myself lighter having released some old patterns and false beliefs. I am grateful for it all!

As we end this year, ask yourself the following questions:
➡️What do I want to leave in 2025? This could be anything tangible or intangible.
➡️What lessons from 2025 am I grateful for?

From this stillness, the light slowly returns.

Astrologically, the Sun enters Capricorn, inviting us into grounded reflection, integrity, and intentional structure. This is not about rushing forward—it’s about choosing what is worthy of your energy as the next chapter begins.

As we consciously close 2025, consider honoring this threshold moment:
