Reminder. Most yoga classes are canceled this week, except Friday's 10a.m. Seniors class.

Sunrise Yoga is on at 5:30 a.m.- 6:45 a.m. in July. We will have class down at the pavilion at Cravath Lakefront (or in the community center if weather is inclement)

Sunrise yoga: July 22 & 24 and July 29.
Seniors yoga: July 25 & 28.

Then I'll be out of town for a conference and a funeral. More on August dates as we get closer.

We had a fun - and noisy - yoga practice this morning as the city employees set up the park for the 4th of July Festival.

We will resume yoga classes next week.
