Danielle’s warm smile, energetic personality, and dedication to residents make her a true light in our community. Since joining us in May 2024, she has gone above and beyond—bringing joy through daily activities, uplifting her coworkers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Her favorite part of working here? The people. 💛
Her proudest moment? Being promoted to Activities Director. 🌟

Outside of work, Danielle loves gardening, sushi, and dreaming of adventures in Ireland and Australia. Oh, and did you know she’s a Navy veteran and former crane operator? ⚓

Nothing beats a day at the ballpark with your work family! ⚾

Our Manchester and Whiting teams had an absolute blast at the Jersey Shore BlueClaws game last week. From cheering in the stands to meeting Buster (yes, the mascot made quite the impression!), it was the perfect way to celebrate the amazing people who make everything we do possible.

"Our employees are at the heart of everything we do," says our COO, Mordy Perlow. "Events like this are just one of the many ways we say thank you."

Manchester’s Director of Quality Experience, Gianna, put it perfectly: "It's so easy to get caught up in the fast pace of our work, but moments like this remind us why we do what we do."

🎄✨ Christmas in July was extra magical at AristaCare at Whiting! ✨🎄

Our residents were treated to a surprise visit from Santa Claus himself! 🎅 He brought the holiday cheer—and some sweet little gifts—to spread joy and smiles all around.

As if that wasn’t enough, one of our favorite four-legged friends, Bourbon the horse, trotted in for another heartwarming visit 🐴💖. His gentle presence brought peace, laughter, and so many hugs.

It’s never too early—or too warm—for a little Christmas spirit!
