This picture was taken on a hike last year with some of our members. How nice to enjoy something so simple but powerful. A symbol of love in the woods to remind us how important our social connections are. I continue to be amazed of how special it is have a spot where the community can come together to move but also lean on each other. I’m so grateful today and everyday for that. It’s going to warm today so get out and take a walk after you eat. 🦃🧡😘
