❄️Consider using your strong body to help an elderly neighbor with their snow removal.

❄️Make some minestrone soup.

❄️Clean & organize if you don’t have to work from home.

❄️Read a book. Exercise your brain.

Get on your treadmill, indoor bike or walk in the snow. You have been training your balance for this. 🪷Just know that spring is not that far away. ☀️🌺🪴
