🌟 Leadership isn’t about following the crowd—it’s about setting the tone, sparking ideas, and walking a path others are inspired to follow.

I’ve noticed over time that classes I create, posts I share, and even the handcrafted wares and special items I bring into my Shoppe often ripple out into the community. Others begin to offer the same or similar things—and that tells me I’m on the right track.

Many customers have come into my Shoppe talking about how much they love the other shops, are good friends with the owners of these other shops, how they always shop at these other shops, all the while talking pictures or videos of my Shoppe and not buying anything from me. I must be doing something right to be vetted by so many!

One sweet customer reminded me recently, “You’re a leader. People see your ideas as so good that they want to do them too.” 💜 That touched my heart.

So I’ll keep dreaming, creating, and leading with love, magic, and originality. After all, true leadership isn’t about being copied—it’s about inspiring ✨🕯️🌙
