First Choice Immediate Care (formerly Whitley Family Medical Center) is now open! Dr. Rachel Holeman; Daphne Clark, APRN; Jennifer West, APRN; Patrick Shepherd, APRN; and Justin Barnett, PA-C, are seeing patients at their new location. Located at 1900 N Highway 27 in Whitley City, First Choice is a state-of-the-art facility with no appointment necessary. All patients are welcomed regardless of insurance status.

In addition to family practice, the immediate care clinic offers treatment for a wide range of common illnesses and injuries that aren’t considered life-threatening. A medical provider is always on site, so you can be sure that your treatment will be professional and with as short a wait time as possible.

Common illnesses treated include allergies, sinuses, cold, flu, cough, bronchitis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, and strep throat. Injuries treated include cuts, scrapes, eye and ear injuries, sprains, and strains. Sport physicals, flu shots, and diagnostic lab testing are also offered.

First Choice Immediate Care is open every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. New patients are welcome by appointment and on a walk-in basis. Appointments are available by calling 606-376-5391.

Whitley Family Medical Center will be closed Friday, January 13th and Monday, January 16th as we relocate to 1900 N. Highway 27 in Whitley City. We will reopen as First Choice Immediate Care on Tuesday, January 17th at 8 AM EST. First Choice will be open every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome.
