This month marks 20 incredible years in the healing and wellness industry — a journey built on purpose, passion, and the privilege of caring for others. From my beginnings in Esthetics to advancing into Education, Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and a deeply meaningful specialty in Oncology care, every step has been guided by the desire to serve and support healing.

To each client who’s trusted me with their care, your presence has been a gift. Every training, every session, every moment, each student, has shaped the professional — and person — I am today. 💆🏽‍♀️💖

As I continue to rest and recover during this medical leave, I want to say thank you for your continued patience, prayers, along with your unwavering support. It means the world. I can’t wait to return, renewed and ready to serve you again.

🌸Celebrating 5 Years of Healing & Heart!🌸
Today marks a significant milestone in my journey as a business owner, and I couldn't be more grateful! Five incredible years of providing nurturing massage, rejuvenating lymphatic drainage, soothing Reiki, and revitalizing facials with Mindful Movements Massage and Esthetics. Each day has been a beautiful opportunity to connect with amazing clients, helping them find balance and serenity in their lives. For the past 9 years, I’ve also had the honor of working with a charity dedicated to supporting oncology patients. Every moment spent with these brave souls has deepened my understanding of resilience and compassion. Together, we’ve created a community of hope, healing, and love.

The charity I work with, Looking and Feeling FAB, Inc. is hosting a couple fundraisers to support cancer patients, and we need your help!
I am asking for gift card donations to help provide essential services and a little joy to those fighting this tough battle. Every little bit counts! Looking for gift cards valued from $30-$50 that can be redeemed anywhere in the US. Some examples are shopping: Walmart, Target, Amazon; Gas cards: Mobile, Shell; restaurants: Long Horn, Olive Garden. They can be left at the Whitman Wellness Center on the table in an envelope with my name on it during my business hours. Mondays, and Wednesdays-Fridays 11 a.m-5:00 p.m. Or you can bring it to your next appointment! Direct message me for an address to send to as well! I am deeply grateful for your support!
