I’ve watched this industry closely. I’ve seen the "hustle culture" come and go, but I’ve also seen the magic that happens when the right women find the right opportunity at Day One. I never thought it would be me, but here we are.

I’m officially partnering with Atmosphera—a Canadian clean skincare brand that has spent 10 years perfecting a 5-star line that is actually curated for the climate you live in. It’s genius, it’s intentional, and it’s finally time to bring it to the masses.

I’ve been living in the tension between two worlds.

In one world, I am a nurse, witnessing the raw, beautiful, and often exhausting reality of clinical life. In the other, I am on my mat, learning that healing isn't just about medicine—it’s about the nervous system, the breath, and the spaces we curate for ourselves.

I’ve spent these years listening. I’ve heard the burnout in my colleagues' voices and felt the "running on empty" in my own soul.

The Pulsecheck Project is the result of that listening. It is my heart and soul poured into a mission: to build a sanctuary for the women and caregivers who give everything to the world. It’s about support groups, workshops, and rituals that actually hold the people who hold everyone else.

But passion alone doesn't build a legacy. It needs an engine.

I’ve reached a point where I’m no longer willing to partner with "noise." I’m making the most intentional decisions of my career. I’ve chosen to align with Atmosphera not just because the science is clinical-grade and the products live up to my clean standards, but because it has potential to be one of the financial vehicles that will allow The Pulsecheck Project to thrive.

I know so many women are looking for more. More than a shift, more than a "side hustle," more than just surviving the day. You’re looking for a way to build something that actually matters without losing your peace in the process.

I’m building this circle carefully. I’m looking for the founders and the healers who see the "Black and White" value of a high-level clinical opportunity, but who want to use it to fuel a deeper purpose.

Time flies when you’re living with purpose.

Happy Birthday to Green Compass, for me, the celebration of a turning point.

My forever WHY hasn’t changed, but it has grown deeper. 6 years ago, I shared how I was climbing back from being knocked down. I was searching for a way to be the mom my kids deserved, the wife my husband needed, the daughter my parents could lean on, the nurse my patients needed, the entrepreneur my business needed, and so on.

I found that bridge through a plant—and a tribe—that gave me my hope back.

I don’t take wellness lightly. I’ve seen the "wild west" of the CBD industry—the low standards and the lack of transparency. When I found Green Compass in 2020, it blew everything else out of the water.
It wasn’t just about the h**p; it was about the heart.

* The Standards: Farm-to-family, USDA organic, and lab-tested.
* The Mission: Breaking the stigma and healing families from the inside out.
* The Impact: Watching my community find the same relief, presence, and joy that I did.
From "C.H.A.O.S." to Clarity

In my workshop, Meant for C.H.A.O.S., that H stands for H**p. It was the missing piece of my puzzle. Today, I’m not just a consumer; I’m a proud advocate.

There are some new faces here, and as the community that I am so grateful for continues to grow, I wanted to share a little bit about this space.

My passions are blending science, connection, nature, and energy to guide people into healing: body, mind, and soul.

My life’s path has never been a straight line, and I am eternally proud of that.
I work in healthcare as an RN, as an entrepreneur sharing my artwork, in holistic health, medical cannabis advisement, and reiki healing.
My most impactful training, though?
Life.
The crazy intertwined ball of chaos that I picture as my life map, has been my greatest lesson.
Walking through grief, loss, sickness, intense trials, and mental health struggles balanced with the beautiful memories are my wisdom.

Through writing, art, speaking, plant medicine, education, energy healing…
I’ve had the privilege of helping members of this community reclaim health and purpose.
Which is the greatest gift this life has given me.
