Exhibit A- this is what we are up against
this is not plowed - Many Cemeteries are having a hard time getting the grounds cleared enough for trucks to get in. There is no room for the snow to go, the ground is icy. We do not want people fall or any vehicles to slip.

This is before we get to get it on the truck!
We’re trying , roads are horrible cemeteries are trying !
Packed snow equals ice. Ice equals slip and falls! Even 3000 lb vaults slide on ice. We will do our best, but some requests may be impossible

Thanks for understanding, we always want to go above and beyond- but this is snow of historic proportions so it’s a bit different than say 6” storm

In all seriousness the next few days will be extremely hard on the staff. The job is hard enough, add 4 feet of snow and limited mobility due to snow banks, some requests may not happen.. not because we do not want to but safety dictates.
