Hi everyone! My name is Jenna Qasem and I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I love helping children of all ages find their voice and grow their communication skills! I received my Bachelors and Masters from Eastern Michigan University and have worked in schools from Pre-K through 8th grade.

I specialize in:

🗣️ Articulation (speech sounds)
💻 AAC (augmentative & alternative communication)
📖 Expressive and receptive language

I currently provide services via telehealth on Saturday mornings, offering families flexible access to high-quality speech and language therapy in the comfort of their homes. I believe therapy should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. I love partnering with families to support each child’s unique strengths and goals.

A little reflection for year one of

What started as a one-SLP practice has quickly grown into a team of 5, serving kids at 8+ locations across SE Michigan (and virtually throughout the state!). 💙

The late nights, tears, and lessons of running a healthcare business are all worth it when we see kids enjoy speech and make real progress. This year alone, 6 kids graduated from speech which is a true testament to their hard work and their families’ dedication.

I couldn’t ask for a better team or support system (10/10 🙌). What started as a dream is now a reality, and year one of Simpli Speech has been nothing short of amazing. Here’s to what’s ahead!

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team 2–3 days per week. This position offers a high level of flexibility—select your own hours for two of the days. One day is maternity leave coverage from September to December of 2025 for one of our amazing therapists.

Preferred Experience:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Pediatrics
