I think a lot of us jump into January with big vision boards and pressure to “do more”… but we don’t actually stop to ask our bodies how they feel about those goals.🙏🏼
Because if your nervous system is already exhausted, more hustle isn’t the answer.
And if a goal feels heavy or draining before you even start, that’s not alignment, that’s pressure.✨
This year, I want you to notice the signs:
• the tight chest
• the shallow breath
• the immediate “ugh”
vs.
• the spark
• the softer breath
• the feeling of relief
Those reactions aren’t random, they’re direction.
Your body knows when something is right for you and when it’s not.
Your goals should support you… not break you down.
And if your body is asking for rest instead of resolutions?
That’s valid.❤️
