I think a lot of us jump into January with big vision boards and pressure to “do more”… but we don’t actually stop to ask our bodies how they feel about those goals.⁠🙏🏼

Because if your nervous system is already exhausted, more hustle isn’t the answer.⁠
And if a goal feels heavy or draining before you even start, that’s not alignment, that’s pressure.⁠✨

This year, I want you to notice the signs:⁠

In this 60-minute guided experience, you and your partner will be led through simple, accessible partner practices that focus on calming the nervous system, building trust, and creating a sense of ease in the body. Using gentle massage, supportive props, and somatic guidance, you’ll learn ways to support each other that feel grounding and intentional.❤️

You don’t need any prior massage or yoga experience. The focus is on presence, communication, and learning how to listen to each other in a deeper way, with touch, breath, and attention. Everything is fully clothed, adaptable, and guided so you can move at a pace that feels right for your relationship.✨

Real healing doesn’t happen in extremes.⁠

What actually makes a difference is consistency. When your body receives care on a regular basis, it starts to relax instead of brace. Your nervous system stops waiting for the next crash. Stress doesn’t build up the same way. You don’t have to keep hitting burnout just to justify slowing down.⁠✨

This is why I believe so strongly in creating a routine around care instead of treating it like a last-minute fix. Your body learns safety through repetition. Over time, that’s when things start to shift.⁠❤️

A lot of us walk into January with big plans and pressure to do more, fix more, and change more. But this year, I want to challenge that narrative, because what most of us actually need is consistency, not intensity. If last year taught you anything about your body, it was probably that you function better when you’re supported regularly, not when you wait until you’re burnt out.🫶🏼

That’s exactly why I created these memberships. As a realistic way to make rest, healing, and nervous system support part of your actual routine. ✨ Whether you come in monthly or every other month, my goal stays the same: to give you a safe space to decompress, regulate, and prioritize YOU!👏🏼

If you’ve been feeling tense, overstimulated, or like your body just won’t fully relax… this might be the support you didn’t know you needed.❤️

The infrared sauna blanket is a gentle, grounding experience that warms your body from the inside out. It’s about helping your nervous system slow down and feel safe enough to let go.🫶🏼

Clients love it because it helps calm the mind, ease sore muscles, improve circulation, and support deeper rest later that day. For many people, it also creates space for emotional release, not in an overwhelming way, but in a way that feels supportive and contained.✨
