๐Ÿง The joint by joint describes the foundation of efficient human movement in which an alternating series of stable segments move on mobile joints!

Your body uses this alternating pattern in order to help prevent injury and help you move in an efficient way.

๐Ÿค“If a mobile joint becomes stiff the body will find other ways to move! Keep in mind that just because you feel pain in one place DOES NOT mean that is where the pain is coming from!
