What a wonderful evening at Oakmont of Whittier! 🎉

Our Family Bingo Night last Thursday was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and meaningful moments shared between residents and loved ones. Guests enjoyed delicious charcuterie, wine, and plenty of smiles as we gathered together for a night of fun and connection.

We have several residents who love to read so we started The Oak Leaf Book Club! We meet once a month to discuss the book of their choosing. This month we read “The Mistress of Collingwood” by Jane DeMouy. One of our residents knows the author so she joined us today via FaceTime! It was a real treat to hear directly from Jane about her first novel!

What a wonderful afternoon at Oakmont of Whittier! 🍽️✨ Last Thursday, our Seasonal Cooking Demo, led by our talented Sous Chef, featured fresh, garden-inspired dishes including a refined broccoli salad and an elegant Brussels sprout appetizer. It was a delicious and engaging experience our residents truly enjoyed!
