Thank you for choosing our clinic for your weight loss needs. We want you to know that we value your business, and we would like to give you some basic information about our program and the process you will undergo as a new patient during your stay at our facility.

Our clinic offers you a variety of extremely affordable programs as you start to work toward your weight loss and weight management goals. Our basic programs vary in cost from $14.00 to $30.00 a week; in order to qualify for these programs you will require medical clearance by one of our experienced clinicians who will sit in FREE consultation with you on your first visit.
