🌿 This weekend, I had the joy of sharing my healing touch my family during our gathering. While the kids played outside, I provided my niece with a gentle cupping therapy session—something I love to do for my little ones. ✨

Cupping therapy is such a beautiful way to support growing bodies. It helps release muscle tension, boosts their immune system, improves circulation, and even calms their busy little minds. As an acupuncturist, it fills my heart to know I can bring these benefits to my own family. ❤️
