🌿 This weekend, I had the joy of sharing my healing touch my family during our gathering. While the kids played outside, I provided my niece with a gentle cupping therapy session—something I love to do for my little ones. ✨

Cupping therapy is such a beautiful way to support growing bodies. It helps release muscle tension, boosts their immune system, improves circulation, and even calms their busy little minds. As an acupuncturist, it fills my heart to know I can bring these benefits to my own family. ❤️

Wellness and love truly go hand in hand. 🌟

I vote today for all of those who cannot vote. I grew up undocumented in this country & for the majority of my adult life I could not vote.

Today, my vote is a vote for my community. By voting on local and state measures that will directly impact our community—I’m choosing to support a future where wellness, compassion, and opportunity thrive.
