What if once a week you gave yourself permission to slow down? 🤍

This weekly support circle is for pregnant mamas wanting community, grounding, and practical tools to prepare for birth. Let's practice together.

Every Wednesday at 6pm in May we’ll gather for breathwork, relaxation, gentle movement, and meaningful connection.

A little nervous system support.
A little birth preparation.
A lot of community. 💕

This is one you won’t want to miss.

A lot of what we do… happens behind the scenes. The prep. The planning. The intention behind every detail.🫶🏼

Making sure our clients feel supported before they even walk into the room. Thinking through the questions they might have. Preparing resources. Creating a space that feels calm, clear, and safe.✨

Because to us, this isn’t just a service. We treat every family like they’re our own.🫶🏼

That level of care doesn’t just happen in the moment.
It starts way before.

And it’s something we take seriously. If you’re in need of a doula, we’re here and ready to thoughtfully pair you with the perfect one for your journey 🤍

I can’t tell you how many moms are already carrying so much before their baby even arrives!🙏🏼

It’s not just the physical changes. It’s everything happening in your mind. The constant researching, trying to figure out what’s normal, what to expect, and what could go wrong. Thinking about birth, wondering how it’s going to go, and if you’ll be able to handle it. Trying to plan for postpartum while you’re still pregnant and already adjusting to so much.

And then there’s the pressure. The expectations you put on yourself, the ones that come from others, and the idea that you’re supposed to feel “ready” for all of this. That’s a lot for one person to carry.🫶🏼

Most of the time, no one really talks about this part. But it’s real, and it’s something we see all the time.

You’re not meant to figure all of this out on your own. You don’t need more information, you need the right kind of support and guidance to help you make sense of it.✨

That’s what we focus on in our classes. Helping you feel more clear, more grounded, and more supported so you’re not walking into this season feeling overwhelmed.

If you’ve been feeling this way, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to carry it by yourself.

Most partners walk into birth wanting to help.🙏🏼

They care. They want to be there for you. They want to do it “right.”✨

But the truth is… no one really teaches them how. So they show up unsure. Quiet. Second guessing themselves.
And in those moments, you can feel it. The uncertainty. The hesitation.

That’s exactly what we change. We teach your partner what’s actually happening in your body so nothing feels confusing or rushed. We show them how to support you physically so you’re not carrying the intensity alone. We guide them on how to stay calm, present, and emotionally steady when things feel overwhelming.🙏🏼

Birth isn’t meant to be something you “get through” by yourself. When your partner feels confident, everything shifts.🫶🏼

That’s the kind of preparation we believe in.✨

Most moms spend so much time preparing for the baby…
but not enough time thinking about how they’ll actually feel during birth.

It’s not just about what your body does.
It’s about what you feel, what you believe in those moments, and who is around you.🫶🏼

Your partner matters more than you think. When they know how to support you, everything feels more steady and less overwhelming.✨

Your body already knows what to do. Even when your mind starts to question or doubt, your body is still working with you, not against you.

And the support in the room can change everything. The energy, the guidance, the reassurance… it all shapes how you experience birth.

This is why preparation matters. Not just learning information, but understanding how to move through the experience feeling supported, grounded, and not alone.

That’s exactly what we focus on in our classes.🫶🏼

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this part go unspoken. The part where you don’t quite recognize yourself anymore.

Not because something is wrong, but because everything has changed. Becoming a mom isn’t just physical. It’s an identity shift.

It’s waking up one day realizing your routines look different, your priorities feel heavier, your body feels unfamiliar, and your mind is holding more than it ever has before.

And in the middle of all of that, you’re still expected to “just know” what you’re doing.

That’s where so many moms start to feel lost. But you’re not lost. You’re in the middle of becoming.🫶🏼

And that process deserves support. It deserves guidance. It deserves space to ask questions, to feel unsure, to rebuild in a way that feels grounded and not rushed.✨

This is exactly why we do what we do.

Because no mom should have to navigate this shift alone.🙏🏼

Our classes are here to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum!

These rooms holds more than what you see.🫶🏼

It holds the quiet moments before everything changes.
The waiting. The uncertainty. The deep breaths between contractions.✨

It holds the strength no one prepares you for.
The vulnerability. The questions. The moments where you look around and realize… this is really happening.

It holds support. Hands on your back. Someone reminding you to breathe. Someone helping you feel a little more steady when everything feels intense.🙏🏼

It holds beginnings.
The moment your life shifts.
The moment you meet a version of yourself you’ve never met before.

These rooms carry stories that stay with you forever.

And our work is to make sure that when you’re in this space, you don’t feel alone in it.❤️

That you feel supported. Prepared. Seen.🫂

Because this moment deserves more than just getting through it.
It deserves care, intention, and people who know how to show up for you.
