I work with Health Net and Kaiser plans (Medi-cal and Private) that offer full doula coverage—including prenatal visits, labor support, and postpartum care. If you're covered, we can start with a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. 💛

Even with insurance, the earlier we begin—ideally in your 2nd trimester—the more meaningful and grounded your prenatal prep and postpartum planning can be. (And yes, postpartum-only care is covered too!)

I also continue to offer cash-pay options with customizable packages for families who prefer that route. I will be posting new packages soon for cash pay very soon with new pay structures to help you choose what support will be best for you and your growing family.

After a lot of hesitation, I’ve decided to begin accepting insurance for doula services. As an independent doula, this was not an easy choice—the red tape is real, and I resisted for a long time. But our community is hurting. Families need support now more than ever, and this is one way I can give back. Not all families can access doula services.
Doula care has been shown to reduce cesareans, improve outcomes, and support maternal mental health—something we can’t afford to overlook. Every birthing person deserves to feel supported and cared for during one of the most vulnerable times in their life.
