Allow me to reintroduce myself 😌

HEY 👋🏻 I’m Nicole, IBCLC, CBS, CLC and owner here at Tiny Wellness.

You’re probably wondering what all those letters after my name mean so I’ll sum it up real quick -

It means I’m crazy passionate and have dedicated my life to helping women meet their breastfeeding/pumping goals. It means I am your cheerleader, your pep talker, your wing woman, your fierce advocate through your breastfeeding journey.

As a Lactation Consultant not only am I passionate about helping you feel comfortable and confident when feeding your baby, but I’m also here for you during the roller coaster that is postpartum. Yep - consults aren’t always just about breastfeeding! We talk about sleep, nutrition, vitamins, mental health - the list goes on.

Some fun facts about me:
- Health and wellness is my jam. Not only am I a Lactation Consultant, but I also hold a degree in Public Health and Psychology!
- I am super crunchy. I embarked on my holistic health journey 12 years ago after deciding I didn’t want to be sick anymore (hallelujah 🙌🏻).
- I LOVE being outdoors. Esp being near a waterfall or frolicking around a forest. 🤣
- Physical fitness is a huge part of my life. I’ve even started jiu jitsu this past summer after my daughter inspired me to get on the mats with her. If you’re a woman thinking about doing it - DO IT, even if you do it scared.
- I love love love photography. I like to consider myself a hobby photographer. 🤪
- I’ve breastfed two kiddos for a total of 4.5 years.😮‍💨 The struggles I had with my first is what inspired me to do what I do today.
- We are a military family! For the last ten years my hubs has been in the military so I can truly relate to what it’s like welcoming a baby when your support system is nowhere near. 🥹
- I have been practicing in the lactation field for 5 years now and I freaking LOVE what I do.

GUESS WHAT?!

I have FINALLY made some progress with Tricare. What does this mean? I can FINALLY finish submitting all my current 2025 claims!

It's been a long time comin but... we've reached the light at the end of the tunnel! 💃🏻

Home visits are still on hold until payment from Tricare is ironed out, but things are rollin!

If I reach out needing additional info for submitting insurance claims from our visit back in the beginning of the year, it is in fact me, not a scam 😜
