In order to keep patients and staff safe, we are closely monitoring the changing weather over the next couple of days.
As of right now, we will be doing the standing appointments for 1/31/23 over the phone. If you are needing a refill of medication, please contact your pharmacy.

Hoping everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Our office hours this week will be as follows:
Monday 11/21/22: 8am- 6pm
Tuesday 11/22/22: 8am- 6pm
Wednesday 11/23/22: 8 am- 1pm
CLOSED: Thursday 11/24/22 and Friday 11/25/22.

We will resume normal operating hours on Monday 11/28/22.
If you are needing a medication refill during that time, please contact your pharmacy to send a refill request.
