✨ Congratulations to Faith! ✨

Today we get to celebrate a huge milestone—her 1-year anniversary with our practice! In just one year, she has grown in more ways than we could have ever imagined. Her dedication, professionalism, and the way she makes every patient feel valued has truly elevated our practice. She’s far more than “just the receptionist.” She’s the one who thinks ahead for me, takes initiative, and makes decisions that keep our clinic days running seamlessly. She ensures our patients are cleared and prepared before treatments, and on top of that, she leads our marketing efforts. The list goes on and on… to say she wears many hats would be an understatement! She truly holds the most important role here at Serenity Hill and we never take that for granted! She is the heartbeat of our practice.

We are beyond thrilled to officially upgrade her title to Elite Practice Coordinator 🎉 Her hard work and passion deserve every bit of recognition, and we are so lucky to have someone like her on our team.

Today is my last day in the clinic before maternity leave!

This feels so bittersweet. I’m beyond thankful for every single one of you who has trusted me, supported Serenity Hill, and let me be a small part of your journey. You’ve given me more encouragement and joy than I could ever put into words. 🖤

I’m going to take this time to soak up every moment with my growing family, but I’ll be back part-time in November and December. I truly can’t wait to see your faces again when I return. Be on the lookout on my socials, you never know I could be crazy and come back full-time sooner than expected!
