Schreiber Upper Extremity Rehab Center When you sustain an injury to the hand, fingers, wrist, elbow, arm or shoulder come to Schreiber Upp Teresa is a native Texan, born and raised in Olney.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 8 am - 5 pm
Friday: By appointment

Schreiber Rehab was started in 2005 by Teresa Schreiber, originally located on Midwestern Parkway until (2009) when they relocated to their current home at 1500 Brook Ave. Schreiber Rehab provides excellent care to patients of all ages in a small one on one setting. The primary goal of the rehab center is to help you regain your independence. She is married and has two sons. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University earning her B.S. in 1990 and her M.A. in 1998 with degrees in Occupational Therapy. She has pursued further studies at Midwestern State University in Health Care Administration. She obtained her Certificate in Hand Therapy in 2000 and in Ergonomics in 2001. She was employed with the Clinics of North Texas for 13 years.
