For veterans who need extra help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, or preparing food, the VA offers benefits that can help support care at home. These services are designed to help veterans remain in their own homes for as long as possible, surrounded by the routines and memories that matter most.

At Meals on Wheels Wichita County, our mission is to nourish seniors and reduce isolation while helping them remain safely at home. With the support of community partners like
Visiting Angels Wichita Falls, TX, we are able to continue building a stronger circle of care around the veterans we serve.

Together, we work toward one shared goal: keeping veterans where they are most comfortable, and that is at home.

We loved welcoming Santa back to our office this year to celebrate Christmas with our caregivers, office staff, clients, and their families. Hot chocolate, small gifts, and lots of smiles made it a sweet way to celebrate the season together.
