It is the mission of Texhoma Christian Care Center to provide compassionate, caring, high quality nursing service to all entrusted in our care, and deliver unparalleled service and quality in all support areas needed to fulfill this mission. When it comes time to make the decision to entrust a loved one to the care of another, Texhoma Christian Care Center should be your first choice. Our experienced and compassionate personnel make Texhoma Christian Care Center a caring place for all who stay here during a period of recovery or rehabilitation or who live here permanently. We are simply and completely in the business of providing professional rehabilitative and nursing care for our residents and their families. Since 1980 we have cared for people whose physical conditions or limitations make it impossible for them to stay at home. You can talk to us anytime, with no obligation. We are happy to answer all your questions, discuss the special needs of your family member, and give you a tour of the facilities. You do not have to make an appointment or call ahead. Just drop by the Windmill Rehab Building and ask for the admissions department. We’re waiting and ready to share with you the many features that make Texhoma Christian Care Center stand out in the nursing industry.

💪 Success Story Spotlight!
Mr. Self joined us for rehab after undergoing orthopedic surgery. When he arrived, he was unable to stand or complete his daily routines. Through dedication and hard work with our amazing PT, OT, and ST teams, he made incredible progress!

Today, Mr. Self is walking around his house, managing his daily activities, and home with his wife and their sweet puppy dogs. 🐶❤️

When she first arrived, she wasn’t able to stand or complete her daily routines — but through hard work and determination, she’s now back home with her beloved dogs and thriving at her prior level of independence.

Alzheimer’s disease often begins with subtle changes that can be easy to overlook. Early detection is key to planning care and improving quality of life. Here are some of the common early signs and symptoms to watch for:
