It is the mission of Texhoma Christian Care Center to provide compassionate, caring, high quality nursing service to all entrusted in our care, and deliver unparalleled service and quality in all support areas needed to fulfill this mission. When it comes time to make the decision to entrust a loved one to the care of another, Texhoma Christian Care Center should be your first choice. Our experienced and compassionate personnel make Texhoma Christian Care Center a caring place for all who stay here during a period of recovery or rehabilitation or who live here permanently. We are simply and completely in the business of providing professional rehabilitative and nursing care for our residents and their families. Since 1980 we have cared for people whose physical conditions or limitations make it impossible for them to stay at home. You can talk to us anytime, with no obligation. We are happy to answer all your questions, discuss the special needs of your family member, and give you a tour of the facilities. You do not have to make an appointment or call ahead. Just drop by the Windmill Rehab Building and ask for the admissions department. We’re waiting and ready to share with you the many features that make Texhoma Christian Care Center stand out in the nursing industry.

Last week we celebrated two more successful therapy discharges, and we’re excited to share these wonderful rehab success stories. 💙

Mrs. Garland, pictured with physical therapist assistant Rafael Saldana and LVN Hadleigh Grimsley, came to us for post-surgical rehabilitation. Upon arrival, she needed to rebuild her strength, balance, and overall safety in order to return home independently. After several weeks of dedication and hard work with physical and occupational therapy, Mrs. Garland is now headed home—and we will surely miss her positive attitude! Great job, Mrs. Garland!

Mrs. Guerrero, pictured with occupational therapist Mason Smith, is also headed home following her rehab stay. She came to us requiring assistance with all daily routines and mobility tasks, but never let her long road to recovery discourage her. Through daily commitment and hard work with our rehab team, she made incredible progress, and it has truly paid off. Great job, Mrs. Guerrero!

Mrs. Hicks came to Windmill Rehab following a hospital stay needing to regain strength and independence to safely return home. After a few weeks of working with speech, physical, and occupational therapy and a lot of determination on her part, she is now able to brave this cold from the comfort of her own home! Great job and stay warm Mrs. Hicks! ❤️

Last week we celebrated two successful therapy discharges, and we couldn’t be prouder of the hard work put in by our patients and therapy team!

Mr. Wright, pictured with occupational therapy assistant Hayden Pinson, came to us after an extended hospital stay needing to rebuild his strength and endurance to safely return home with his spouse. Through daily physical and occupational therapy, he worked tirelessly and is now able to complete all daily routines independently and head home. Great job, Mr. Wright!

Mrs. Karns, pictured with physical therapist assistant Rafael Saldana and LVN Janice Weeks, came to us for post-surgical rehabilitation. She initially experienced challenges with pain, mobility, and daily activities, but after a short stay and consistent participation in therapy, she regained her independence and is returning home at her prior level of functioning. Great job, Mrs. Karns—thank you for all your hard work!
