Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is an innovative technique that helps build strength using light weights by safely limiting blood flow to a working muscle during exercise. This method has been shown to increase muscle size, boost strength, and help reduce muscle loss after surgery.

At OSTC, our therapists often use BFR to support recovery after ACL or meniscus procedures, helping athletes maintain strength and get back to their sport faster.
