MSU Yoga:
Today is my last MSU Monday at Noon class; the fall schedule starts next week. Where are my EARLY BIRDS? I'm talking about the Birds that wake up the worms?!
Starting August 27, I'm leading the Wednesday 5:30 AM Yoga Class. 🙀
For those of you who prefer the sun to be up for your sun salutations, I'll also teach at Noon on Thursdays.

Next month, I'm traveling to a space that seems perfect for my yogi self... Daily yoga, sound baths, plant-based meals... Until then, I am trying to find the mindset I want to have at the beach, even though I'm still far away in Texas. Because I am the one thing I have most control over in both spaces.
