Celebrating 4 Years of Service – Alexandra Orellana

Today we proudly recognize Alexandra Orellana and her four years of service with the Wichita Falls–Wichita County Public Health District!

As the Manager of the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias Program, Alexandra leads one of our most important and impactful initiatives. Her work supports individuals living with dementia, uplifts caregivers, and helps our community better understand, prepare for, and respond to these complex conditions with compassion and dignity.

Alexandra’s leadership, expertise, and deep commitment to this work make a meaningful difference every single day. Her dedication ensures that some of our most vulnerable neighbors—and those who care for them—are never navigating this journey alone.

As an Animal Care Officer, Sarah shows up every day ready to protect, advocate for, and care for our community’s animals—often in challenging situations and all kinds of weather. Her compassion, professionalism, and steady commitment make a real difference for both the animals she serves and the people she works alongside.
