WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
-Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
-Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
--Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
-Provide clerical support including typing reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
--Manage inventory of medical supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized office space to enhance the environment.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
-Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
-Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
-Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and document preparation.
-Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
-Proficient in using computer software applications relevant to office administration.
-RELIABILITY is a must!
Join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our operational needs!
M-F 8AM to 5PM with hour lunch break. $10/hr to start with an opportunity to add responsibilities for increase in pay.
