Our father loved nothing more than family. In his early days that meant his mother and father, his many brothers and sisters, some of whom he and his sister Ada raised. As he matured his family expanded. He married Nida, had children and watched all of us grow up and invent lives of our own. In his later life, our father acquired a family larger than he could have imagined-folks that took care of him, folks that celebrated his longevity, folks that took notice and helped him transition from his life to another. Daddy was thankful for all his family. You gave his life meaning, and your gifts have made all of us who remain a wonderful remembrance of someone who meant so much to us. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts to make the last two and a half years of his life the greatest.
