Good Morning everyone. I have not updated this page in a long time. Let me catch you up on my weight loss journey. In 2020 the Covid pandemic started and I was in a not so supportive relationship. I had gained 62 lbs that next year from my lowest weight. Trying to get it off has been so hard. My sleeve unfortunately does not work for me anymore. I joined a small group training program at my gym FBBC this past February, lifting heavier weights and boxingI have lost 10 lbs so far but have gained so much muscle. I am doing the KLD program with my nutrition coach Joe. I can still fit in some of my 14s. And working on fitting comfortably back into my large shirts. I have about 70-80 lbs to reach my goal weight so I can have skin removal surgery which has been a huge struggle bc there’s so much. I will gladly donate some. Lol. Now onto trying to keep my journey updated one day at a time. I have learned a lot mentally through my SGT program. I have always dealt with doubt in my image and strength that I have and am working on it daily, I’ve come a long way since February. So here’s to being back on track with my journey. Happy FriYay!
