🎃Huge thank you to everyone who helped make our first ever Pumpkin Painting Contest a success!!🎃

When you put something on for the community, no matter how big or small the event is, you always worry that people may not show but our biggest supporters and their children showed up!

We had a great turnout and a great time! All the participants did an amazing job painting their pumpkins and I know it was tough for our voters to pick the winners but here they are: (also pictured above)

We really did have a great time and we can’t wait to do more little events like this in the future! 🔦 Customer Spotlight🔦

Wanted to highlight the progress of one of our best customers, Andrew!

Andrew has been silently working hard. Between the gym and the shop, we see him quite a bit so you don’t always see just how good of results someone may be getting until they step back on our Inbody machine. And once he did, it became apparent that he has been killing it!

In the last several months he has managed to:
Gain 15.6lbs of muscle!
Drop from 23.7 to 17% bodyfat!
That’s a 6.7% decrease in body fat!

Andrew uses a wide range of supplements to fuel his journey but some of his favorites and most used are: Sweat Ethic Whey’d, creatine (powder and gummies), Panda SUPPS preworkouts, L-carnitine and a non-stim fat burner!

Getting results this good is not easy. Andrew works out and eats clean, consistently! We’re really impressed with his progress so far and can’t wait until he comes and jumps on the Inbody next to see what else he’s accomplished!
