About Us
STARRY’s goal is to be a beacon of light for children, youth, and families in the midst of life’s challenges, both big and small. STARRY’s counselors, direct care workers, and case managers guide youth and families toward the hope of a better tomorrow. STARRY nurtures children, strengthens families, and restores hope by providing supportive services through trauma-informed Counseling, Family Support, Foster Care, and Adoption. Although STARRY is a Christian agency and our services are based on our Christian values, we serve people from all walks of life.
STARRY Counseling provides counseling services to families with children from birth to 17 years of age (or youth older than 17 who are still enrolled in high school in Texas) who need assistance resolving family conflict or who are facing other difficult situations with their child or teen. We provide evidence-based and promising practices through individual and family counseling, youth and parent skills groups, training, workshops, and family crisis services.
