More fun things in store for you this week! For our 40th anniversary, farmer Paul wants to follow in his mothers footsteps of generosity and offer a FREE ADMISSION DAY! We will be opening THIS WEDNESDAY from 2pm-7pm for a special free admission day! With all the rising costs everywhere, we hope to provide you and your family with some wholesome, fun and affordable family time. So put the stress of finances aside and enjoy our free admission day at the patch this Wednesday, October 29th.

Our end of the season is fast approaching so if you haven't been able to make it to the patch yet this year, now is the time!

Breast Cancer Survivor, Laura Schlager

Below is her journey and message of her personal battle with breast cancer. She is a fighter and a survivor💕

Twenty-three years ago, I heard the words no one ever wants to hear: “You have breast cancer.”
As a 19-year-old, it changed everything for me — the way I saw life, health, and hope.

But here I am, all these years later, grateful every single day for early detection, for the people who stood by me when I needed it most, and for the wonderful people that still continue to support me every day.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month — and I am here to share my story as a reminder that it’s about way more than pink ribbons. It’s about being an advocate for your own health. It’s about scheduling that mammogram. It’s about slowing down long enough to do your self-exams. Early detection is so important, and if my story can even remind one person to take action, then sharing my journey is worth it.

To anyone facing this battle, to those who have fought and won, and to those we carry in our hearts —remember that hope is stronger than fear, there is strength in community, and there is power in awareness. 💗
