Welcome Karen Chandler, LMSW!

Taking the first step toward change isn’t easy, and I deeply respect the courage it takes just to start looking for a therapist. My job? To make that step feel a little less overwhelming—and a lot more human.

Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including those navigating substance use, involved in child welfare, and kids and teens figuring out their place in the world. This wide range of experience helps me show up with flexibility, compassion, and zero judgment—no matter what you’re bringing into the room.

Whether you’re trying to make sense of the past, handle life’s curveballs, or just figure out why everything feels like a lot right now, I’m here to help. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and together, we’ll sort through whatever’s on your mind. I use a mix of evidence-based tools and tailor everything to you—because no two people are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

I truly believe we all have the ability to grow and heal. Sometimes we just need the right support, time, and space to get there.

Clients describe me as warm, a little quirky, and easy to talk to. I aim to keep things honest and realistic, bring in humor when it’s helpful, and create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you on your journey. Let’s do this together.

To schedule, I can be reached directly at (316) 413-3077 or email at karen@levelwellnessmind.com.

Welcome Shelly Kurth, LSCSW!

Life is tough—but you don’t have to face it alone.

We all experience highs and lows, and sometimes the weight of it all can feel overwhelming. In those moments, having someone in your corner—someone who truly listens, offers perspective without judgment, and helps you reconnect with your inner strength—can make all the difference.

Therapy is an investment in yourself. I’m here to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and peace.

I’m a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults (18+) and have a special passion for supporting veterans and active-duty service members, older adults, and those navigating life transitions, caregiving, and identity exploration.

My approach is eclectic, integrative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and tailor each session to support your individual goals. I believe healing is holistic—it happens when we tend to the mind, body, and spirit together.

To schedule with me, I can be reached directly at (316) 413-2334 or email at shelly@levelwellnessmind.com.

Jordan Singh, LMFT

I believe therapy is most effective when it takes place in a warm, non-judgmental space, grounded in evidence-based practices, and guided by a therapist who respects each client’s autonomy, goals, and safety. With this foundation, therapy becomes a flexible and deeply personal process—shaped by the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family—while still providing a consistent structure for meaningful change and lasting growth. My goal as a therapist is to uphold these core values with every client, and in doing so, build a practice that is both impactful and compassionate.

I hold bachelor’s degrees in psychology and history from Bethel College, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen Family Systems, and Collaborative Therapy, though I tailor my methods to fit the unique circumstances of each client. I am also certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy.

I work with adults (18 and older), including individuals, couples, and families, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or relational dynamics, I’m here to support you through whatever brings you to therapy.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where you are encouraged to express your thoughts and feelings freely. Together, we will identify goals and strategies that align with your needs and values. Whether you’re seeking in-person sessions or Telehealth, it would be an honor to walk alongside you during this part of your journey.

For scheduling, Jordan can be reached directly at (316) 252-1226 or email at jordan@levelwellnessmind.com.
