💙🎊Meet Rebecca “Becca” Isenbart, our amazing Quality, Compliance, and Health Services Director here at Impact Home Health! 🎊💙
Becca has been in the medical field since 1996, working her way up from the very bottom and gaining experience in many different roles along the way. She earned her RN in 2018, but her decades of hands-on experience give her a true understanding of what it means to be in the trenches of healthcare. When Becca says she understands what our caregivers go through — she truly does. 🙌
Her passion shines through in everything she does, and she’s proud to serve both our caregivers and our patients with dedication and heart. 💯
Outside of work, Becca is a proud wife, the mom of three grown children (all married), and the grandmother of one fun-loving 5-year-old grandson. 💕 She’s also adventurous and independent — she loves traveling, taking trips, and even a little off-roading (sometimes that just means dirt-road cruising 🚙✨).
We are so thankful to have Becca leading the way at Impact and hosting this Town Hall with such energy and care! 🎤👏
