This season, we’re reminding care teams, clinicians, and community leaders:

Don’t forget the “self” in self-care.

Whether you’re hosting, helping, or healing—pause, reflect, and protect your peace.
You deserve it.

3 unique and easy tips for quick self care during holiday stress.

Micro-Meditation Moments

Take 60 seconds between tasks to close your eyes, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly. Visualize a calming image—like a flickering candle or falling leaves. These mini resets help regulate your nervous system and restore clarity.

Set a “Do Not Disturb” Ritual

Choose one hour each day to silence notifications and step away from screens. Use this time to stretch, sip something warm, or simply sit in quiet. Protecting this boundary can reduce overwhelm and improve sleep.

Gratitude Text Chain

Start a group text with 2–3 trusted people. Each day, share one thing you’re grateful for. This builds connection and shifts focus from stress to joy—without needing a full conversation.
